GUWAHATI: Two youths sustained grievous injuries while two others suffered minor injuries after two motorcycles collided head-on at Pandu Cabin in Guwahati on Tuesday night, July 14, police said.

The accident took place at around 8:40 PM under the jurisdiction of Jalukbari Police Station.
Police clarified that, contrary to reports claiming fatalities, no deaths have been reported in the incident. The two critically injured persons were immediately shifted to a hospital, where they are currently undergoing treatment.
According to a police official from Jalukbari Police Station, preliminary information suggests that both motorcycles were travelling at high speed when the collision occurred.
"Based on eyewitness accounts, both bikes were being ridden at high speed when they crashed into each other," the official said.
