GUWAHATI: Guwahati Traffic Police on Sunday, July 12, implemented immediate traffic diversions following severe waterlogging at the 9th Mile and 10th Mile stretches in Jorabat, disrupting vehicular movement in the area.

According to the traffic advisory, light motor vehicles (LMVs) travelling towards Guwahati are being diverted at Digaru, while those heading out of the city are being diverted at Koinadhara Point.
Motorists travelling out of Guwahati have also been advised to use the Narengi route as an alternative to avoid the affected stretch.
The traffic police urged commuters to plan their journeys accordingly and follow the diversion routes until normal traffic movement is restored.
