GUWAHATI: Guwahati's Ganeshguri is set to celebrate the 51st Shree Ganesh Janmotsav on September 14 with this year’s theme centred around ‘Sethon Ka Seth Ganpati’, highlighting Lord Ganesha as the revered lord of prosperity and abundance.

The day-long celebration will be held at Ganeshguri Ganesh Mandir and Ganesh Udyan Field from 6 AM to 10 PM. The festivities will begin with a Kalash Yatra at 6 am, followed by Maha Aarti and Khichadi Prasad for devotees.
A special cultural programme featuring Chedi Lal and his team from Delhi will be organised in the evening. Kheer Prasad will be distributed in the evening, while Naam Kirtan will be held at night
With the ‘Sethon Ka Seth Ganpati’ theme, the 51st edition aims to bring together devotion, grandeur, culture and community participation, making the annual celebration a memorable occasion for devotees.
The celebration is being organised by the Shree Ganesh Janmotsav Samiti, Dispur.
