GUWAHATI: Three persons lost their lives in a tragic road accident on the national highway at Gauripur in North Guwahati late Wednesday night, May 27, following a head-on collision between two vehicles, police confirmed.

According to reports, the impact of the crash was severe, leading to the death of three individuals on the spot.
The deceased have been identified as Ranjit Dey, Karuna Bezbaruah, and Partha Pratim Barman. All three victims were residents of Maligaon in Guwahati, as per reports.
Police personnel rushed to the site soon after the incident and launched an investigation to look into the case.
