Family members, relatives or anyone with information about individuals or vehicles stranded in Meghalaya can share the relevant details through the helplines for necessary coordination and assistance.
The information may include the name of the person, contact number, vehicle registration number, present location and any other available details.
The information received will be taken up with the concerned authorities in Meghalaya, including the local administration and police, for necessary coordination and assistance.
The Assam government and Assam Police said they are maintaining close coordination with the concerned authorities in Meghalaya and are committed to extending all possible support to those requiring assistance.
The public has been urged to remain calm and share only verified information to enable effective and timely coordination.
