GUWAHATI: Guwahati is likely to experience generally cloudy skies with light rain and occasional thunderstorms over the next seven days, according to the weather forecast issued by the Regional Meteorological Centre.

The forecast, issued on Sunday, September 13, predicted generally cloudy weather with light rain in Guwahati throughout Sunday. A thunderstorm is also likely between 8.30 PM and 2.30 AM, while light rain is expected during the remaining periods.
For September 14, the city is expected to witness generally cloudy skies with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers.
Partly cloudy skies with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers are forecast for September 15, 16, 17 and 18.
On September 19, generally cloudy skies are expected, with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers likely during the day.
With intermittent rainfall and cloudy conditions predicted throughout the week, residents of Guwahati can expect a continuation of the monsoon weather, along with the possibility of occasional thunderstorms.
