GUWAHATI: The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has announced the cancellation, rescheduling, and regulation of several trains due to ongoing restoration work near New Harangajao station, where railway tracks have been affected by ground settlement.

> 15616 Silchar–Guwahati Express — cancelled 06.08.2026
Rescheduled Trains (all on 05.08.2026):
> 15650 Narangi–Agartala Express — to depart Narangi at 22:30 hrs
> 15649 Agartala–Narangi Express — to depart Agartala at 23:30 hrs
> 15609 Guwahati–Sairang Express — to depart Guwahati at 23:30 hrs
> 15610 Sairang–Guwahati Express — to depart Sairang at 21:30 hrs
> 15611 Rangiya–Silchar Express — to depart Rangiya at 23:30 hrs
