GUWAHATI: Masur dal and sugar will continue to be distributed at subsidised rates to National Food Security Act (NFSA) ration card holders in Assam.

Under the approved rates, Masur dal will be available at Rs 70 per kg, while sugar will be supplied at Rs 35 per kg.
The State Cabinet approved the rates for the continued subsidised distribution of the two commodities to eligible NFSA beneficiaries.
The decision was taken at the State Cabinet meeting held on Sunday.
